I thought this is for all men. but looks like he only focuses on men 60years and older and I can't relate. also the info is quite basic... and so is the narration.

Staying Healthy
When I received a copy of this book I was very pleased as I've always had a problem with healthy eating and losing weight. It seemed like the only way to lose weight was to eat virtually nothing and exercise all day long. Of course, this is incorrect and this book really straightened me out. I particularly liked the section on replacing belly fat with lean muscle. Good book, 5 stars.
