A Wonderful Audiobook

This is an excellent audiobook for parents who want to encourage their child's athletic goals and aspirations. Jas Singh does an incredible job of outlining the steps required to develop a healthy and strong mindset, which is essential for any successful athlete. The book covers a wide range of topics, from goal setting to self-discipline, all of which are practical strategies to help young athletes achieve success.

If you want to see your children accomplish their athletic goals, support an athlete's physical and mental well-being, and help them learn how they can train their minds to become stronger and more resilient, I strongly recommend that you and your future superstars listen to this audiobook!

Shows how to develop mental toughness

I've heard lots of people say you need mental toughness, but I never really understood what that meant or how to get it until this book. I love how this book really dives into the nitty gritty of what it takes mentally be become not just a good athlete, or even a great athlete, but to really rise above the rest and prove yourself to be a truly excellent athlete. And it explains how to work at it consistently to get that elusive "mental toughness"

Fantastic book!

This book was amazing to listen to and get ideas from. My son loves sports, he especially enjoys rock climbing - which scares me!! I sometimes ask him about his mindset and how he prepares mentally to go and do these sports.
I really liked how this book started with the basics of kind what kind of mindset you have right now and how to develop that to be more tough and resilient, giving tips and tricks for us to use.
I agree that we need goals to focus on in order to develop that mindset of going for the goals and making sure we achieve them no matter what. If you have the right mindset - giving up won't be an option for you.

If you are looking to develop a healthy and strong mindset in order to make sure you achieve your goals, then this book is for you.

Motivating and Inspiring

This book is one of the best I have listened to in motivating me for my physically active and sporting lifestyle. I loved how it covered many topics to help you improve your mental toughness and self-discipline. The author guides you on how to set and stick to a realistic set of goals and provides you with the steps to and encouragement to achieve them.

I particularly enjoyed the section on mental conditioning, how to train your mind and make it stronger, and the advice on the importance of sleep and nutrition that should be tailored to young athletes and physically active individuals. I also learned the importance of recovery between training sessions and how to plan my physical workload sensibly. As someone with a physical training and sporting background, I highly recommend this book to all who want to take their training to the next level.
