Good content, but read, don’t listen.
The content of this book was good, and I recommend it. However, the Audible version sounds like some digital application was used to clip pauses for punctuation, lists, section headings, etc., likening it to a computerized voice narration. Each chapter sounds like one long run-on sentence. If you tend to listen to books, I would suggest a different format to get the best benefit from the content.

A better you
The author presents a process for becoming, and staying, the best version of yourself. I know doing is hard, but now I have a plan to focus my efforts. I’m excited and motivated to start (a first since a traumatic brain injury 15 years ago)!
I prefer listening to books, but bought a print version to make doing the exercises easier.

Some great tips for high performance
Love the little snippets of advice in this book, some practical advice to help apply the ideas from Angela Duckworth's Grit. Only complaint is the music clips between chapters, just a random mix of genres and at one point the music completely drowns out the reader. But if you can ignore that it's worth a listen

Author needs to correct grammar
This book is inspiring, however, the author is not the best reader. She makes mistakes like “scroliosis” for “scoliosis” and “ex-specially” for “especially” and “eruptly” for “abruptly”. Just wondering if someone could have edited the reading before it got published. Not the best audio. The music at the end of each section over-powers the voice. Could be better.
