Liked it Enough to Buy the Physical Book
This book didn't cover everything and might not be as comprehensive as other books in the genre but it gave enough insights and struck a number of chords with me enough to spur me into buying the book in hard copy.

Not just a guide
This book was a breath of fresh air at the right time, by which I mean it was beneficial and an effortless listen.
I find most motivational books these days are either heavy on story or heavy on mystical concepts. All tending to regurgitate the same information.
Regurgitation aside, the author indulged a few apocryphal stories, but the main focus was on practical steps and methods of achieving mental toughness.
Great read. Definitely recommended reading (listening).

Mental Great
A good book on mental toughness but mostly motivational, while the practical advice is fine it is mostly motivational and suggests that to build reall mental toughness you should employ physically practical methods rather than writing lists or visualisation alone.
