Approaching Rugby using CBT
So, i'm a 44 year old who's only started rugby and was looking for a book on the go through audible on the basics of rugby but there doesn't seem to be any but I stubbled on this and glad I did so.
It's more a book for younger players who are passionate about rugby but may lack the confidence and self assurance to go further with it, but Brians techniques and use of cognitive behavioural therapy throughout the book is very accessible for players and even non players of all ages.
Even if you're not a rugby player there's plenty of great practices and takes you can learn in this book to apply to any areas of your life that maybe holding you back.
Brians got a great voice too, very assuring and passionate.
Highly recommended.
