4 great reset Keys for every Business Executive

As a 47 year old, small business owner, this is a provocative and inspirational book and will resonate with the vast majority.

The author is a great presenter / storyteller and this makes such a difference when the author delivers the message on their own audiobook.

If you think your life lacks balance across the 4 Keys, you must read this book

A reality enjoyable listen with an important message, a good narrator, and countless valuable and practical tips.

The key takeaway for me is that by installing good habits, and replacing bad habits you can makes changes that enable you to live a balanced life which means you will consistently devote quality time every day to your relationships, your physical health, your mental health and your work.
