Enjoyable
I enjoyed the storyline and the characters and was pleased this was a 12 book/episode set as individually they would have been a bit short.
The narrators range of voices was not as extensive as I've listened to, but the story always told you who was speaking so it wasn't too difficult. RIck's voice was a little harsh, but I got used to it in the end.

Outstanding plot
Really original story line . The detail around the main characters journey across that states could have been a little more detailed . Good detailed on the IT part of the story lines

Almost 30 hours of great adventures
I read these books when they were initially released and loved them. The audible version is just as enthralling.

Superb Listen and well-narrated
Superb Listen and well-narrated,
I liked the story and the focus on small groups surviving the aftermath of the computer virus. I am now a little concerned every time I use my dryer and it pings my watch to let me know it's finished!
The characters and the situation they find themselves in is believable, while I found it a little shocking at the beginning of the book with what happens to two of the characters, it really helps set the scene and how brutal humans can be.
I generally listen to books while I am doing other things, however, I found myself just sitting and listening at times as the story was very gripping and there were a lot of activities going on.

Good story but...
I’m gonna start with the negatives, I understand the concept of the “series” but for the omnibus (or binge listeners) authors notes and a recap irritated me probably more than it should have. For the complete series this should be edited out!
The world fell to sh*t far too soon for me, looters and gangs after two days? Really? Some people sleep two days and wouldn’t have noticed!!! Could have had a lot more build up and felt rushed at the beginning!
The story was good fun though I really enjoyed it and for a long ish book (complete) felt short and went fast so it wasn’t boring at all.
Refreshing concept for the post apocalyptic genre also. Overall worth a credit

Great listen!
Really like the story and having the author notes at the end and introduction at the beginning helped the engagement. These are short stories that I would not of listened to individually but in this omnibus made it!

Believable, gripping a very good read
Integration of computer systems and what could happen if it went too far. Now it's infected failing even fighting back against humanity. This is a gripping story of life during the fall of order and of how individuals will fight not only for survival but what they love the most, humanity, family themselves.
A long series to read but worth it, or better still and get it on Audible for a little bit more. Thoroughly recommend.

Not the average apocalypse story
Different story line from the norm. Gripping and interesting plot and worth listening to for the Russia accent turning more transvainion!
