Mari Silva's language is truly open and finds some kind of harmony among hypotheses and noteworthy activities and practices that you can do at home. I was constantly inspired by Qigong and knew a little with regards to the training yet this book delightfully opened an entirely different world for me!

this book is an astounding friend. I love the symbolism, the fun, and the availability of Mari's instruction. She can pass on her extraordinary profundity of information in her composition and instructing with a delicacy and feeling of fun which makes frequently grandiose ideas that have appeared to be far off unexpectedly become alright.

Takes a while to learn

She says it is easy enough to follow but challenging enough so that she feels her body working. the instructions are easy to understand and to follow and she is very happy with it. She thinks it could have been a little shorter but if you want to do the exercise in sessions, you can.
