Good content, woeful narration

The content of this audiobook is good for a beginner to the subjects.
However, the narration became so grating I gave up just after getting to the Tai Chi part of the audiobook (which was the part of the book I have most interest in).
Emphasis is put on weird parts of the sentences and the pronunciation is all over the place. Shaolin is pronounced in two different ways and even Qi (chi) is pronounced in multiple ways.
In some ways it sounds like it is being read as a children's story.
This became frustrating and I consider this purchase a wasted credit.

Very Nice

I partook in the Tai Chi video and furthermore got this one from a similar educator. It is additionally done going through the 8 bits of brocade and incorporates a few additional exercises that help you concentrate and gain strength.

Chi energy

I have been studying Tai-Chi for many years and find it invaluable to my health, in all aspects. This book is by far the most valuable I have ever found concerning the value and importance of Chi energy.

I love this book.

Though I've just started it, I love this book. I'm grateful to the author. She mentions how qi gong helped her in her own life. That was encouraging to me. Qi gong actually works! I really like how she goes into great detail in describing how to stand

This is excellent for unwinding and figuring out how to quiet down. I like doing the moves and I can remain at home and partake in the developments.

I love this book

I love this book, it has truly opened my brain about the manner in which I view my body and exercise. Previously I was of the 'run all week long, do siphon and turn classes and loads at the exercise center, no torment no increase'
