This dude can’t even pronounce Patanjalis name
I heard at least four different pronunciations within the first 5 minutes for Patanjali. Which isn’t a big deal, except for the fact that it’s so far off, that it’s difficult to understand what he is talking about.
He seems to be unfamiliar with yogic concepts of medical concepts that he’s using for explanation. He thinks the word Alveoli is a process, instead of a part of the lungs.
It gives me the impression overall, that he researched and compiled a series of concepts that he himself does not understand and turned them into a book.
His speech is lazy and slurred and very monotone.

Narrator is mind-numbingly boring.
The content of this book seems relatively interesting; one would only really know if the pronunciation of Sanskrit were correct!!
The monotonous tone of narration is dangerous - do not listen while driving. 😴
