Unfortunately butchered by the narrator
Probably a useful and insightful book but the narrating is so poor I couldn't get far. The sanskrit is not mis pronounced it is simply completely wrong as if the narrator has never even seen written sanskrit before let alone practiced the pronunciation... She even pronounces the same words in different COMPLETELY INCORRECT ways each time she says them. And the mistakes are not limited to sanskrit, her English pronunciation is poor. Unfortunately its so clumsy that its hard for me to believe there could be much of use beyond the factual research presented.
Disappointing...

Appalling inadequate narration
The narrator Angie Johnson hasn't got a clue of yoga terminology and is struggling throughout to pronouce various Sanskrit words incorrectly. This completely corrupts any validity and usefulness of the text. Most of the reviews are for people who have purchased the book, and have not reviewed the Audible version with the unacceptably poor narration.

this can cure cancer. but it's free so not real
I believe pranayama is more potent at healing than any pharmaceutical poison as proven scientifically by wim hof training strangers to directly influence the autonomic nervous system regarding inflammation (root cause of cancer)
however I have to be a critic on the narrator. she can't read. she simply cannot read bug words. I find it very disrespectful to the ancient teaching. also, her jersey accent is so thick it's distracting. I like hearing different accents and usually wouldn't care to comment, but her voice and poor reading skills, pack of preparation, one seemingly cluelessness of what she is reading compelled me to be a jerk. I thought the narration production people would have hired a narrator with a least a shred of knowledge on the topic, specifically how to read the words. sorry but I'm very irritated at this moment hehe. buy this anyways though just I dunno her voice and poor reading are just horrific in my opinion
