Awesome Audiobook

A common sense approach to being gluten free and/or Paleo. Being gluten free means that I have no arthritis aches and pains. Paleo is a way to eat healthy and his book explains why and how with recipes, too.

Highly recommend

I should have gone with this book prior to getting into the diet. Great book for beginners. I highly recommend this book to everyone contemplating the paleo diet, which is more a lifestyle than just a diet. This book guides you into the diet, in order to aid your success with the diet.

Fantastic cookbook

It is what it says...a paleo cookbook for beginners. Includes explanation on what paleo diet is and offers some ideas on how to go about creating fitting meals. I wasn't looking to go full paleo diet, just simply needed some high protein low carb healthy meal options and this book gives me lots of those.

Great information!

Great information! I changed my diet significantly but realize I am not even close to what I should be doing. I learned so much from this book and about whole foods and now I have the tools necessary to complete my journey to wellness. I will continue to learn and improve my eating choices and I know it is not an overnight process, thanks for reminding me of this! I feel more prepared and knowledgeable since listening this book. My journey continues.

I am really doing well with lots of organic greens and berries and for the protein not organic meat yet can't really afford it yet but very small portions of chicken/turkey without antibiotics or growth hormones to start, good luck.

Best book

This has been the best book to get me started on the Paleo diet and easy to follow. Diet is working well for me and easy to manage. My system is so happy that I have taken all of the chemicals out. No longer have that intense starving feeling if you go to long before eating or even a short time. I just have to spend some time in the kitchen prepping. So many foods out there have things I am allergic too and this diet I have no issues with whatsoever.

Wonderful!

This is a nice little cookbook if you are trying Paleo. I used about a total of 12-15 recipes in it and, even though we are not eating strictly Paleo anymore, there are a few I still use.

Amazing audible

This is a nice book to get started with. It's all meat and no fluff so if you are looking for a book that listen fast, is hugely informative and then gets you inspired without taking a week to listen this is the one. The recipes that make up a large bulk of this book also look amazing and healthy. Some of the recipes are pretty close to things I make already and so I feel that the recipes will be easy and fun to make.

Got positive results

I am new to the Paleo Diet and enjoyed this book. It gave a short overview of the history of the diet and it's many (claimed) positive affects on the body in contrast to the modern diet. Additionally, recipes for a 7 day introduction to the diet were included. Recipes appear to be easy to make, include common ingredients, and sound yummy. I would recommend this book to those wanting to learn more about this way of eating; however, if it's recipes you're looking for this is not for you as there are only a few.

Well balanced audible

The book is well balanced and separated into sections illustrating the theory, history and essential elements of the Paleo Diet philosophy. Additionally. It is short and to the point, not belaboring the essential concepts too deeply, but supplying just enough information to allow would-be Paleo dieters to get right into the diet and see for themselves. I highly recommend this book for anyone interested in trying out the diet - there is more than enough here to get started.
