Fabulous book!
This book is full to the brim with fantastic information and tips. I work mostly from home and usually sit in my chair sometimes up to 8 hours a day with a few minutes to use the rest room or grab a quick bite to eat.
I've been looking for a book like this for a while!
This book gives you every exercise you can think of doing while sitting down. I've been trying the neck stretches, exercises for arms, legs and lower back.
I also found the chapter on intermittent fasting really interesting...might try that too!
Great resource for anyone who spends most of their day sitting down and want to exercise to keep the body moving.

Essential body work for balance
I’m usually sat for several hours a day for my work, and I’ve developed some lower back stiffness over the years. I have been told by chiropractor that I have poor core strength, so I was glad to come across this book. Its Jam packed with information and exercises, which are easy to follow. The audio book also comes with pdf illustrations of the exercises and some video assistance. Highly recommended!

Simple and Easy Exercise!
The audiobook is clear and relatable as I am working towards retirement so I can keep up with exercise. The audiobook helps rebuid muscle exercise and master exercise. It helps have regular body exercise and fight off diseaness without medication. The book provides weekly exercises to help balance and keep healthy.It provides tools to keep fit, improve health and overcome the fear of falling. It is education on balance and provides many exercises to help. The stretching exercise were most helpful.

Exactly what I was looking for
This book has everything I was looking for and even more. Great ten minute activity, and so much helpful information. Twenty eight days is a reasonable amount of time especially if were talking about our own safety. I am looking forward to implementing everything I have learned into my home and my life. Thank you for the free pdf and great narration! Highly recommend.

Interesting subject. Great narration.
I bought this audiobook to help with my 88 year old Aunt, who lives with us.
She has already fallen once, 3 years ago, and broken a hip.
Anything to decrease the chances of this happening again is helpful.
This book really delivers, outlining in detail, exercises anyone including seniors, can do. If you prefer to exercise at home as opposed to going to a gym, this book is for you. The exercises are simple, practical and doable.
To give us some structure, the book outlines weekly exercise plans.
So far, I have been enjoying learning the exercises to improve my Aunt's strength and stamina.
I highly recommend this book.

Such an important book!
If you have a loved one in your life who might be at risk of lower mobility and you’re worried they could fall and injure themselves, you must buy this book! It’s filled with super simple exercises that anyone, at any level of ability could do to strengthen their body, become more resilient and lower their fear of falling. Excellent and valuable read!

Great for mobility improvement!
find the content easy to follow, with great short guides as well as the companion pictures for each exercise which were helpful. I have had back, shoulder, and neck aches and tightness, and perhaps my desk job over the years has not helped either. In just one week of doing some of the exercises, I realize much improvement. I recommend this to anyone, regardless of age. In fact, I think if one starts doing the exercises when younger, it will prevent future injuries.

These exercises are now going to become a staple
I kept listening to this while also testing them out. I am not even in the target audience of seniors but I found the obvious benefit of these exercises. I am going to make these simple exercises a part of my own exercise stable. These simple workouts have smoothed my joints and I find my body to be more flexible. This is amazing. I should have had this book earlier. But better late than never. I am going to make sure my parents incorporate this asap.

These exercises are worth their weight in platinum
I never truly appreciated the importance of balance and coordination. We take it for granted, especially in our youth but when I saw my own family members suffer from the terrible consequences of falling down in their old age, my eyes were opened in horror. I have added these simple exercises to my own daily routine while teaching them to my extended family. There is really no choice when it comes to whether we should do so. The human body adapts and it is at the core, a machine that works best when well-oiled and maintained. These exercises are so wonderfully simple and yet they are brilliant.

Really great information
I listened to this with my mother, who is about the age where she's starting to have balance problems. I love the practical tips and exercises, plus all the well-researched discussions about why this is happening. Really instructive. And I love the narrator too.

Loved, Loved, Loved this Audiobook!
When you get to be a senior citizen like me and my husband, you worry about falling. I’ve had some major falls which damaged my shoulders and back and ankle, so I try to be so careful and am not ever relaxed when walking - at least until I listened to this audiobook!
Now I have easy exercises from this book to help prevent me from falling again. These easy exercises are simple to do as well.
This audiobook helps with balance as well and helps you to understand why stretching exercises are so. Important to your body.
It also teaches a 10-minutes activity to get rid of sore muscles.
I loved everything about this book and believe we (seniors) can use this book to improve our body strength which will improve our balance and in turn keep us from falling.
I recommend this book to anyone!

Great Book & resource
Koorosh Naghshineh writing this book has done a real service for seniors. And the narration by JC Brannigan is excellent.
As a 55 year old i have become increasingly more and more worried for my aging father. He is in excellent health but not very physically fit. He continued to say for years i am very healthy.....but that only tells 1/2 the story right?
This past year he approached me to tell me that he was beginning to feel un-easy on his feet and wanted to use a cane. I told him fine but a big reason for the cane is because you are so far out of shape. He finally listened. However, there really hasn't been much change. That is when i found this book. We listened to it together and i fully expect that it will be a game changer for him.
The book specifically points out how to address the seniors fear of unsteadiness. The stretches and stabilization outlined in this book over time will give my dad that confidence to throw away the cane.
Thank you for writing such a great book. I highly recommend it.

I was skeptical at first
How anyone is making progress with their strength and stability, but in at that point where I’d like to strengthen my balance. I go to the gym twice a week but I do these exercises in my bedroom before the family rises for the day. I love all the extra info available on the website.

Great Guide!!
This is a fantastic guide since we all want to age gracefully and maintain our health, but we struggle to do so due to aging's effects on our bodies. However, by having me do workouts that aid in maintaining our health, this book greatly helped me during this. Thank you to the author for creating such a wonderful audiobook and to the narrator for his calming delivery, which helps make this audiobook easier to grasp.
