Good book
For 2.5 hours of content, I think this book DOES deserve a high rating. Knowing how the pricing system works on Audible, it it would have been a half hour longer, the price would have doubled, so I think this is a steal of a deal.
About the book itself: No complaints. It's a great thing to learn more about the ketogenic diet. Aspects about milk, sugar, ketosis, carbs, and even barbecuing are presented. No need to mention that some of these topics are just about health in general, but the link is always made to the ketogenic way of living. Nice.

Stands out
This keto book stands out because it is longer and contains a lot of chapters that are related to the topic but are still indirectly related, not fully.
Some of the chapters talk about carbs specifically, while others mention calories or the after effects of ketosis. Everyone who has gone through the initial stages of ketosis, knows it's not always easy, something that does get highlighted in this book. IN that sense, it does give a thorough, clear, honest picture of what the ketogenic diet really does to people, not a salesy fad speech. I definitely recommend this one.

I enjoyed this
This keto book was very good.
I learned how the diet helps women in particular, and what to watch out for. Now, I'm not a woman, but it was one of those chapters that stood out to me because I was curious about it. Other chapters were interesting as well. Man, I hope the keto diet doesn't take away too much of my libido. That would be terrible.

Awesome
This is a great book to learn more about the keto diet. For beginners, sure, but also for those who have been doing it for a while and want to learn what it means again, and what's going on in their bodies. That's the key, and that's what this book focuses on.

Almost missed it
I almost missed out on this audiobook, but I am happy that I saw it anyway. It makes sense what the author states, particularly in the last couple of chapters, where the subject turns into a final thought.
