A real page turner!
It was a delight to read Jailbird. I got hooked very quickly as there was drama around every corner. The characters were varied and interesting, and the plot was unpredictable and exciting. Congrats to Caro - what a success!

Great story and excellent narrator
The Narrator really gave this a story to get lost in, she voiced all the characters differently and believably.
The story was very good, had suspense, thrill and twists.
Am going to buy another by the author now.

Decent for a free one
My only criticism was it’s was far too long and drawn out. It did keep you enthralled but perhaps a few too many red herrings. All in all worth a listen.

Kept me listening
I quite liked this book. The ending was very clichéd, with the bad guy having time to sit and confess everything and his reasons. it was also a bit predictable in parts. having said this, I did keep listening, enjoyed the tale, and downloaded the next book.
