Great book

The author explains how intense workouts can lower your body fat percentage and enhance your body ability to burn fat even faster as you increase the intensity circuit. What makes it even more appealing is that it only takes 30 minutes a day to achieve results with consistency. The author furthers explains when the right time is to eat and give examples of circuit which were my favorites. Will recommend!!!

Great value!

Intense and practical

I can't see a weight loss or exercise book and leave it so it made sense that I listened to this one. I enjoy trying out new circuits or new workouts and this book challenged me a lot in that regard. The first few chapters talk about the basics, which you will benefit from if you are new to circuit training. If you have been working out for a while, you will benefit from the routines.

Next-Level Workouts

I recently listened to “High Intensity Circuit Training” by Andrew Hudson and I must say, it was an excellent find. I've always been a fan of circuit training, but this book took it to the next level with its advanced techniques and strategies.

One thing I appreciated about this book was the emphasis on mindset. The author talks about how important it is to have a determined mindset when it comes to working out and achieving your fitness goals. This was a refreshing perspective and something that I definitely needed to hear.

The workouts themselves were challenging, but not impossible. I appreciated the step-by-step instructions that helped me visualize each exercise. The variety of workouts was also a plus, as it kept things interesting and prevented me from getting bored.

Excellent workout book

High-Intensity Circuit Training, by Andrew Hudson, is a 30-minute a day circuit training routine that can be done at your house, designed to burn fat, increase metabolism, and help your body and mind think clear. I will say this is a pretty intense workout, but you can tame it down for whatever your level of fitness is. I like the workouts because they can be accomplished in a relatively short amount of time, and they are designed to maximize the exercise during this amount of time. and as with any other fitness routine, you will have to integrate proper nutrition with this workout scheme, but I think you will see benefits from this. The author gives really good, in-depth descriptions of each exercise and includes five hit-circuit routines to do at home. I highly recommend this to anyone looking to maximize time efficient see while getting in better shape.

I have learnt a great deal from this book!

I have shied away from this form of fitness training as I live an intermittent fasting lifestyle and was put off with the amount of energy required. But this book has opened my eyes to see that I can in fact use these techniques whilst fasting to power up and grow my fitness stamina. The book contains many different exercises with all levels of intensity. Highly recommend, thank you.

YOUR BEST AT-HOME RIPPED ALTERNATIVE!

Personal trainer Andrew Hudson has done us a great service with this engaging, concise, and easy-to-follow audiobook. I think about all the money I’ve spent at gyms over a lifetime of trying to stay in shape, and just shake my head. If I’d had THIS book back in the day, not only would I have saved a ton of money, but I would have been in much superior shape.
The point is, that you and I have access to this terrific book right now, and can begin making a big difference in our lean muscle mass and fat-burning capability today.
The 30-minute home workouts are easy to follow, and, while definitely challenging in many respects, you can tailor them to your personal fitness level and begin improving from there.
I enjoyed Nathan Brown’s narration which kept me engaged and motivated throughout the book.
I also appreciated the discussion on one’s mindset and its importance in moving you along a successful fitness journey. Likewise, escaping your comfort zone is explored and is key to ongoing success.
Save a ton of money, get ripped, lose fat, and do it all at home!
