Be the best version of you!
Brilliant!
I can't recommend this enough.
I watched a few of Adams YouTube Bioneer videos and found a kindred spirit, albeit a mich more knowledgeable (and fitter) one. This audiobook is fantastic and I have listened to it several times. It is made even better because the authour also narrates it.
Two warnings though:
1. It is a lot of information and can be a bit nerdy at times. This is great for neuroplasticity and challenging your brain with exciting new information, as you will discover.
2. I just finished a 6am 5K run barefoot and topless and then walked blindfold across a balance beam to train my proprioception. This book might inspire you to move WAY outside your comfort zone.

A great overview to begin your fitness journey
I followed Adams "The Bioneer" YouTube channel for some time before reading this book, so many of the concepts discussed in the book were familiar. If you're looking for a new fitness routine or method, look elsewhere. This book explores what fitness and health are, how they can be explored, extended, improved, and the boundaries pushed. It's full of great information, great ideas, and suggestions. If you're frustrated with your fitness and health journey, wherever you are on that journey, this book can give you useful information and motivation to change and improve.

Tedious
Not much new in there. Just felt like it went on and on and on. Can’t be bothered to finish listening to it. It’s like he just googled a few things related to fitness then collared them in a book. Unimaginative. Not much practical use. I’d like my money back.

Loved it
Loved the book and audio copy and thought it was very informative. I will certainly keep it on hand as a future reference for training/recovery tips. Hope to see more from the Bioneer!

Loved it
To start with, I follow The Bioneer on YouTube, so I had a hunch of what I would get from this book.
What made me fall for the book to start with was the body and mind connection that was explored, and I buy in to what is discussed.
I like the concept of “super functional training” and wanted to know more, and also sponsor the author who gives out tons of good information for free.
If you’re into training as recreational hobby I do recommend this book, especially if you’re into several different sports. It’s probably good fire people of all ages and interests, to me this was a great start and a lot of the concepts are things I plan to include into my training.
