Bob thought he was doing fine on his own. Then the love of his life fell out of the sky. Can he get her back in the air with auto parts and a cutting torch? If he does, will she ever come back?

No skill in storytelling
Although this is my type of genre I had to give up on this because it's just poorly written. The story jumps along with no real reason for anything happening, no development whatsoever. It just clunks through actions and dialogue like a rough first draft. And the supposed banter between characters is awfully forced, clichéd and unfunny. Even though it was included free I still feel ripped off.

Terrible accent by reader.
I assume the person reading these books is used to reading westerns because he sounds like someone from probably the Deep South of America from the 1800s and his voicing of the female parts sounds like a transvestite attempting a female voice. The story could possibly be improved by someone who can actually voice lots of characters but to be honest all he has is southern drawl, transvestite and possible Mexican (the aliens sound Mexican English). I got to listen for free and to be honest if I’d payed for it I’d ask for a refund.

Day dream
Fun premise but it got repetitive very fast, it is just a series things going right with little to no effort, with the same jokes over and over etc. A bit like a day dream of a bloke’s basic mechanical know-how resulting in getting unlimited funds, meeting attractive aliens, making all your buddies rich, curing cancer, and everybody thinking you’re a hero…

Rinse and repeat
If you have a penchant for traditional Southern values, love, sick puppy talk, barbecue, DIY, Frisbee, sexual innuendo, dogs peeing, technical details, paintball, the occasional caper, minimal sci-fi, more lovey dovey talk, dogs sniffing, more DIY projects, small town life and roasted animal parts, then this is 100% for you.

A lot of nothing.
Worth the free price on audible. But that’s it. Nothing really happens. Not a space adventure

17h is simply just not enough for this.
17h is simply just not enough for this. it's definitely not what I normally go for but with a pleasant listen. and the narrator oh the narrator this man needs a raise because whatever you've been paid isn't enough.

The best sci fi space opera book I've ever read
This isn't my go to genre for reading but I've never been more entertained. I don't know if it's the story line or the narrator, but the combination of the 2 works it's magic perfectly.

Amazing performance!
A great performance and some how I got through it all. A nice story, nothing gripping but at the same time very "listenable".
Not high tech but very easy listening
