A Real Epic Red Neck Kick Ass Saga
If you are after barcode guts and gore, this is not the book for you. But if like me you love a bit of ridiculousness , jump in you will love it

superb just brilliant
thus book had me laughing so hard I couldn't breath. lots of smaller stories in the 2nd part again truly brilliant. the narrator is one of the best iv listened to and the last chapter of this book had me crying with all kinds of emotions. Well done

light-hearted easy listen
tried this on the back of reviews and I'm a few hrs from the end. it's an ok listen while driving but for me never seems to take off. kind of reminds me of d&d style story telling, there's a new monster he kills it there's another. the biggest irritation for me is the fact that every 5 mins we are reminded that " now I'm a big dude, 6ft5 and weigh 350 pounds" it's impossible to forget that fact and it gets really annoying. The narrator does a good job and I guess I kinda enjoyed it. well worth the credit for the length

plenty to keep you going!
This is long, really long. however it is a collection of long and short form stories and they fit together well enough to just about keep you going!
Very well narrated. The lead boasts in being a redneck and you really get a sense of that!
Where it is limited is in the type of stories enclosed and how it tells them. There's not a huge amount of variety between things.
I do recommend it however. if you like modern monster and magic fiction this should help keep you going for a good while.

Superb in every way.
This is so much more than the synopsis let's on. J Hartness achieves the rare feat of keeping his content original whilst having plenty of in jokes.
He also tackles difficult topics with wit, warmth and emotion that you would not expect from a genre/ charechtor like this. Enjoy
