Great Stories
When you're tired or can't handle a lengthier book, try this varied and interesting combination of calming short stories and extracts. The diversity and collection resonated to me.

Ok but BEWARE Endy Mendy
Most of the stories are what I need - interesting enough to keep my attention but boring enough to put me to sleep. But I have no clue why she thought it was a good idea to include a story about a demon will be pretty much on top of you while you sleep. Resulted in nightmares for me and a horrible night’s sleep. It should be removed as a bedtime story.

Stimulating narration!
The narration is terrible for trying to fall asleep. The narrator's voice is upbeat and stimulating. I don't think they understood the assignment. Please note that all the 5 star reviews were within the same week, then there's nothing but bad reviews after. I'm guessing they padded the rating with fake reviews when it launched. Wish I'd sampled before buying.

Not helpful
I’m giving this 2 stars for the effort but I found the stories anxiety inducing and the pace was too fast to be helpful at all. The stories were much shorter and more intense than most bedtime guided meditations. Not one lulled me to sleep.

Learning to listen before bed relaxes
Learning to read before bed relaxes both your mind and body, allowing you to obtain a good night's sleep. This book has some fantastic stories written just for this purpose. I utilized the meditation segment to persuade my head into quieting down, which helped me fall asleep quickly. This was a fun read.
