insightful guide

This audio really helped with my sleeping pattern, i have been struggling most nights but thankfully purchased this audio and i am sleeping much better now. No longer do i need to have sleepless nights Instead, I have this relaxing soothing audio guide at night that helps me. I actually look forward to sleeping now instead of stressing. Great for insomnia

I struggle with insomnia. My mind races with the thoughts of the day: the stresses and fears, what my plans are for tomorrow, my obligations, and thoughts of what could happen. Usually negative in nature, my anxieties keep me up for hours. Charlotte Piper's audiobook has helped. Each story is unique and soothing. They take my mind off me - I can focus on the story and let my body do the rest. The only downside is I sometimes fall asleep mid-story and have to rewind back to that spot to find out what happened in the story. Lol.

Helpful!

I found this to be so incredibly soothing and relaxing! Such a great way to fall asleep or just relax!

The way the narrator speaks with her slow and soothing voice really did the trick.

I highly recommend for anybody that struggles with sleeping and or relaxing and just needs a little nudge to help sink the shoulders and get the much needed detox that you need.

Relaxing & Helps Me Sleep

I've played this audiobook for a few nights now, and it has been fantastic. It is relaxing and soothing. It has helped me to fall asleep more easily and relax after a stressful day. I don't meditate, so I can't really comment on that part, but I can see how this book would be great for those who meditate. The narrator's voice was very relaxing to listen to and help me fall asleep.
