Stories focus on stressed situations

Not good. Focuses on stressed stories that period want to forget. Not for bedtime at all of you don't rant to be reminded of stress

Couldn’t get passed the annoying narrators voice!

Didn’t even make it past the first story . Narrators voice caused me stress!! Not a bedtime story !

A game changer!

These stories have been a game-changer every night to help me fall asleep. Listening to each story through my headphones helps me find serenity, comfort and relaxation in just a few minutes. It works like magic! It’s good!

Didn't finish. Not relaxing or soothing...not even interesting stories. Not sure why hearing of others mundane lives would de-stress me at bedtime.

Cheesey and sexist stories.

Horribly cheese and simplistic writing with sexist storylines that only exist to reinforce societal gender roles. Women exist to cook and have babies, men work and play sports 🙄

Not relaxing or interesting.

Don't waste your time. The voice reading nor the story are remotely relaxing. I had to turn it off so I could try to sleep.

Boring AF

The voice they used to narrate was too high pitch to be relaxing. They should have chose a female with a lower voice. Her voice was dumb. The stories are a snore. I tried listening to this before bed and only fell asleep out of boredom. This is gonna be a no from me.

I am happy that I discovered this audiobook!

Provide great tips to interpret the principles

I am a chronic insomniac and now I easily drift off to sleep, feeling as warm as I did when my grandmother used to lie down with me, petting my forehead hands. Worth to listen!!!

Highly recommend for helping you to relax

The stories are good, but I didn't expect the meditations to be so useful... The background music is perfect and helps you with the meditation and mindfulness exercise.
