The best Out Of Body / Astral Projection book
This is the 8th book on OBE/Astral Projection I have read/listened too - it is by far the best.
Much easier read than Rober Monroe, more detailed than most other authors whilst containing stories, examples, challenges and a host of techniques. My#1.

This book deservedly stands alongside Robert Monroe's ground breaking OOB trilogy as a modern day handbook for self discovery. It has become a vital influence in my own journey of discovery. Well written & beautifully narrated, its content is truly thought provoking, paradigm shifting & life changing.

i knew it
this subject has always fascinated me.. it has helped me understand some of the odd sensations experienced as a child which used to scare me, even though i was trying to leave the body. this was long before i had any confirmation it was possible.. i knew i could.. full of great information.. let the journey begin.. thank you

Doubt you'd need anything else
Really good all round, feels like he repeats himself a bit but not to an annoying degree. I'm yet to project, so we'll see how good it is in time :)
I can't imagine a better narrating performance of this either, gd stuff.

Triggered my first controlled OBE
I’ve regularly lucid dreamed thought out my life and even walked around in dreams asking people where i am as i wanted to where we go when we sleep. After listening to this book and attempting to roll out of my body as I was laying down. I fell out of bed and thought..i haven’t done that since i was a kid. I stood up and was looking at myself sleeping.. I did it. I was in another room but it was me in that bed. Someone walked in and they could see me and i talked to them. All my previous lucid dreams seem to happen half way through the night but this is the first one that I created myself. Whether OBE’s are just lucid dreams or not, the experience I had was as real as you reading this right now. The experience was much longer, but this is a review and not a trip report.
