He is very pleased with the book
If you have natural iron clad will power, then defiantly just buy Astral Dynamics. Otherwise, it doesn't get any better then Mastering Astral Projection.

Good explanation for people new to astral travel
This book is a great starting point for anyone new to the astral travel/astral projection world. It is fairly short so I was able to listen to it in audio format in just over an hour. This book explains what it is, how to do it and what you need. Basically everything you need to get started.

Title Suggests...
In my opinion, the title seem to suggest this book is going to give you steps on HOW TO but it does not. After completion of listening to the whole thing, I just don't think it's all that good. You can get the same info anywhere as to what people have experienced.

Not worth the time...
Actually, it was one of the most disappointing Audibles I've listen to. It seems that the writer took information from others and wrote a book on it. There was no detail as to have an OBE etc. There are far greater books/Audibles out there that go in depth on the techniques, experiences for those pursuing out of body experiences.

excellent suggestions
I practiced these techniques for months and just when I was beginning to get good at it (the Formula), I was visited by someones or somethings that floated into my room. It freaked me out enough to stop my experimentation into magic.

This book provides a manual for spiritual growth through learning how to engage in astral projection. If you want an easy approach, look elsewhere, but you WILL get out of this book what you put into it.

Perfect for beginners
I would've preferred more info and "guidelines" on how to Astral Project, Meditate and invoke Lucid Dreaming.Training now, it's kind of weird doing it with chronic insomnia, but will keep at it.

There are a number of mistakes that people make picking up this book which leads to all manner of disappointments. On the whole, however, this is a very useful book which is rarely appreciated for what it is.
