About this listen
Adventures in the Afterlife is a powerful journey of spiritual awakening; a bold quest for answers and enlightenment. The old assumptions of heaven are confronted and an expansive new vision of our continuing life is presented. After being diagnosed with cancer, William Buhlman, author of Adventures Beyond the Body, pursued answers to the mysteries of our existence after death. Confronting his mortality, he experienced profound insights into what lies beyond our physical body. Our journey into the next life is the basis for Adventures in the Afterlife. The author chronicles his out-of-body experiences and lucid dreams through the eyes of a fictional character, Frank Brooks. The insights are sometimes surprising, but a clear message is always apparent; we are powerful, spiritual beings and we shape our reality now and in the future. The purpose of this book is to prepare us for the many thought responsive environments we will experience. William Buhlman teaches and lectures worldwide on the subjects of out-of-body experiences and spiritual empowerment. Visit the author at astralinfo.org.

Amazing!
10/10! A lot of wisdom and insights by a nice female voice. It gives for me a lot of answers to the big questions in life. Definitely gonna listen it again and can't wait to have an OBE myself! A must listen / read!!

Profound insights from a leading explorer
This may be Williams most important work since we all have to pass at the end of our lives. This is almost a guidebook of what to expect and how to prepare your consciousness for this time when it comes.. Its packed with advice and insights.I shall have to listen to it several times. A very important book and I'd say even more so than Adventures out of the body.
incidentally, I had a fantastic OBE after having had this book play on my headphones for several hours whilst I couldn't sleep properly.
The only let down for this book. is it being a narrate fairly well though by a lady and the book is written as a male character. an odd choice in my opinion.

Fantastic Book, but wrong/bad narrator
Why a female narrator for a book about a man's experiences????? It really destroys the book :(
She read the book as if it was a novel, not a self-perceived event by the author.
No, No, No - Do again do right!!!

Enlightening
Really enjoyed this book. At first I wasn't keen on the idea that Williams experiences were written through a fictional character. But once I started listening, I was getting goosebumps throughout. Always a clear sign of a good book!

Excellent Book
This is a great book that requires open mind. Your own beliefs will be challenged, a lot of things that we thought of as being mystery or unexplained, all comes together in the bigger picture that starts making sense. In my life I've had only few occasions where I couldn't put the book down, this book is one of them. It is so intriguing, so beautifully written, narrator has such a gentle voice. I have been thoroughly enjoying this book from beginning till the end, I don't want it to finish, but curious if the main character will return to his physical body. Read, read, read!!!! Great book!!!

Why was this book written? It has no evidence just the story of amans journey after death disconcertingly read by a woman which was confusing. There following chapters are new age gobbledegook.. There is nothing in this book that explains clearly where the writer got his ideas
