Very informative

Very informative for those starting the menopause or the perimenopause. A very good resource. I may end up buying the hard copy so that I can make notes - easier to back and forth than having the audible.

read before the menopause

interesting book revealed lots info about women's brains and motivations.Inspiring as so much information around menopause is soo negative. Lots of worthwhile info on premenopausal women's bodies too. I'd recommend younger women read this also.
