Disappointed by narration
As others mentioned this another fantastic book by M Singer.
But books usually should be narrated by a professional. It detracts from the substance of this book which is a great pity.

Another life changing book
Having loved and been moved by Singer’s book “Untethered soul” I was blown away by the way in which this book takes the theory behind removing emotional blocks and explains how you can activate it in practical and resonating ways. Another life changing moment for me, full of even more “aha” moments that draw me back to listen again and again. Singer is a gift to the world.

Brilliant!
I’ve been following Michael’s work for a some time on YouTube (and other places) and I have been waiting for this book to hopefully bring his teaching together in a cohesive and practical narrative. In this the book does not disappoint - however I would say about 85% of the book is Micky sharing his teachings and there is only a fairly small amount of practical activity. This was not disappointing thought as ultimately the practical side of the work is really quite simple. Simple but not easy!
I loved his examples and stories they really help you understand these very deep concepts.
Micheal’s work is a gift - he puts concepts and understandings that have by in large been understood by a few ‘enlightened’ individuals into something that anyone can grasp and put into action.
Thank you so much! I’m excited to continue my journey of letting go.

What a wonderful book
A great book. I really enjoyed this book. I could see that I was addicted to thinking. It has helped me realise so many blocks and live fully in the present. Thank you writing this great book

Change your life!
An incredible book. Listened to it several times and each time my understanding has deepened. I’ve been doing the techniques recommended and the transformation is remarkable.
Really does hold the secret to achieving inner peace and unconditional happiness.
Would highly recommend to anyone who wants to be ok in there!
