Absolutely amazing

I don’t normally leave reviews but I was so blown away by this audiobook I felt I had no choice. This gives you an in depth look at some of the fallen hero’s of the great crusade and what happened to these figure later on.

Worth it for Prophets of Waaagh alone!

The voice acting was as good as it gets in this bundle of short stories, you feel like you are there with the characters. 10/10

was not for me

it was hard to follow. felt like it didnt know if it was a soap opera or a book. lots of sound effects and bouncing around. that said I can't fault the efforts that went in to the production.

Best audiobook I've listened to

The sounds effects and narration introduce an immersive experience I've never had from an audiobook. It definitely made me feel like I was listening to a narrated movie. Each story is also incredibly unique and interesting. Highly recommend!

Mostly one alien, not enough traitor

If they are going put a Chaos character on the front of a book of short stories, there should be more stories about Chaos. There are a couple decent stories for us Chaos-lovers out there. But it seems like most of the books stories are about Eldar. I know it's called the traitor and the ALIEN, but we get a brief mention of the tyranids as an interchangeable antagonist in one story. the rest is Eldar Eldar Eldar. If you can't get enough Eldar, this book is for you. If not, probably skip it.

Outstanding collection!

This has got to be one of the best 40K audio drama collection ever.

The best is the last one, Prophets of Waaagh! My favourites, as in the ones I listened to most often, are those by Gav Thorpe - Howl of the Banshee, the two Heirs of the Laughing God and Hand of Darkness. Truly outstanding performances throughout.

This that goooood shit!

The only parts that may be a bit weak are the Hand of Darkness stories, but even those are fine really.

Excellent listen, and I will listen again!
