Over Repetitive and Cheesy Content
I was looking forward to this book, the reviews seemed positive. After listening to 2 hours, I couldn't help but notice how repetitive and over drawn the content is. Some parts were cliche and the narration is pompous and doesn't flow with the content. Hugely disappointed.

Enjoyed listening and there was a few things that were new to me but over all it was a better listen for those just starting out in their career.

A great inspiration
There are too many stories in the book to illustrate a handful of main points. However, those points are brilliant and the stories that illustrate them are very inspiring. For those that are already absolutely convinced about the power of story, be prepared to go through many hours of stories that demonstrate exactly that.

Brilliant!!
What I most like about this book is that each chapter explores how a great leader, speaker and inovator has used story to achieve success. It's not just about use of story in speeches, though there is plenty of that, the book explores the critical I'm prance of story in sales, marketing, leadership and entrepreneurship. no matter how good you are at storytelling there is something to learn here. I will certainly be reading/listening to it again.

Hard to follow. I think I would have liked a more bulletpointed, summarised outlay on Audio. Maybe the hardcopy will be different?

A deeper understanding of Story.
I'm a believer. Gallo shares stories of those who have inspired, educated, and motivated us as we journey through our own stories. Well researched. Well structured. Well written. And his delivery is consistent, which makes it very listenable.

Let me tell you a story...
Let me tell you a story. Once upon a time there was an audiobook that was filled with incredible wisdom and Insight about the power and value of storytelling. I learnt so much from this audiobook that I went and bought the book, studied the material and realised how powerful this would be in my business and in my personal life. Now the hero of this journey is eternally grateful and extremely excited!

This one will go to my goto collection. Audio book helped me to complete it within a week and the content is worth practice.
