Great book, very inspiring

Would you consider the audio edition of The Presentation Secrets of Steve Jobs to be better than the print version?

I only listen to the audio edition due to personal reasons, however I would recommend both as print is good to make your own personal notes, so you can re-read over and over again. I listen to the book whenever I need a boost in my thinking to kick start my mind and to inspire me on.
well worth the purchase.

What was one of the most memorable moments of The Presentation Secrets of Steve Jobs?

There are many memorable moments, but I like the one when his remote presentation tool gave up. Most people would fluff their lines and die, but not this man, he was a great pro.

What about Carmine Gallo’s performance did you like?

Great voice and delivery, I liked it.

Did you have an emotional reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

He made me smile like a clown on the tube to work and back.

Any additional comments?

Great work.

Can't recommend this highly enough!

Would you listen to The Presentation Secrets of Steve Jobs again? Why?

I'm on my third run through, I listen everytime I have an important presentation to deliver.

Any additional comments?

I have only used a handful of the tips in this book and they have worked a treat. I recently gave a presentation that a second person had added slides to. My slides were "Jobs style", the others were traditional bullet points and text. I noticed the audience switching from captivation to bored disinterest and back again between the different types of slides. Enough said!

Really good!

What made the experience of listening to The Presentation Secrets of Steve Jobs the most enjoyable?

Really useful tips.

Any additional comments?

This book gives some really good tips about presenting. For instance before listening to this audiobook i'd use loads of bullet points, after listening to the authors augments about not using them i've never used another bullet point. There are some nice comparisons of the two pieces of software powerpoint and keynote and it gives some interesting background on steve jobs. The book is quite practical in giving tips, i listened to the book while creating my own powerpoint and i can say it definitely helped.

Worthwhile

I read this book to learn about presentations- I end up wanting to buy all apple products - how did that happen?

Verbose

The introduction is rather long-winded, and therefore off-putting. You would have thought that the title is self-explanatory.

Then you find that the book doesn't follow the minimalist approach we have come to expect of apple and its products. There is nothing behind the scenes in the book. It employs standard motivational talk gimmicks in its approach to the topic.

good but gushing

contains some great tips but the gushing adoration of Steve Jobs was a bit much at times.

Repetitive, did I say repetitive

Don't use bullet points, 3 is the magic number and rehearsal is key. Well that's the book. But if you want it repeated again and again listen to the book
