As expected the storyline is a bit formulaic and the very predictable happy ending - but an enjoyable listen nonetheless

I say read ...though I listened via audible . Am completely hooked by this series !
This one , slightly darker in story line but moves along at a good pace .
Simon Brett is a great story-teller and has the accents making you forget it’s just one
narrator. Enjoying the continuing reveal of the characters too .
