Summary

A private detective story with magical and financially powerful families as protagonists. I wish I'd started with the first in the series, but will fill in with the first before moving to the next.

I'm hooked
The Silver Mark appeared on my "recommended by Audible list". After downloading. I discovered it was book 2 in a series so downloaded book one. Book one was good but the second in the series is even better. Good plot, characters developing nicely, believable dialogue plus a touch of magic.

A very enjoyable listening experience.
I really enjoyed listening to this story. The author, characters and narrator were great, this is the second book from this series that I have listened to.

Not just a one-book wonder
Another really enjoyable story with lots of layers, great characters and gripping plots. I listened to Book One, then went straight on to this one. I can’t stop now…

Addictive!
Easy to listen to, but compelling and interesting. Well formed characters and storyline development.. I really enjoy the descriptions of Lydias trips around London, having lived near Camberwell myself for 10 years.
