Sam Pope is back
I've really enjoyed Sam Pope and friends, even enemies. this is up there with the best and incredible value.
voice over is pretty good throughout. some difficult worldwide accents most mastered or pretty good. not an easy job but well done.
Only fly in the ointment was book 9 which just wasn't up to usual standards but personal tastes i guess.
thank you for another great series and reccomend regardless.

Poorly written
This is the first time I have written a review, but these books are so badly written, I felt I had to.
Really poorly written, and the writing seems to get worse as the series goes on. Loads of repetition, non-sensical descriptions, etc. For example 'the man' said 5 times within two sentences, descriptions such as '...with the strength of an extra-strength vice', weirdly specific descriptions of the affordability of shops or businesses, and so much more.
It often feels like the writer is just trying to fit more unnecessary words in order to fill more pages.
I'm usually fairly forgiving about narrators, or even unbelievable writing, as I often use audiobooks as 'background noise' while working, but by this part of the series, I really wish the writer had just stopped.
