Great listen, feel like writing now
Really enjoyed listening to this book, Allison has a good story to tell that may not differ from any of our own. The situations she described with her clients resonated with me in many ways and situations that I have in my own life.
The writing it down message is something that I will start practicing again, I had the habit of keeping a mini diary years ago that I will start again, along with that elusive blog that I have drafted on numerous occasions.
Actively starting to write slowly, little by little.

Inspiring to see the dots join up.
Some eye opening insights relayed at a comfortable pace. I had preordered this book and I’m glad I did. A worthwhile wait.

Very narrow minded author who makes sweeping generalizations, a lot of which I couldn't relate to at all. Bailed pretty early on because it was getting insufferable.
She talked much but said very little of any value (to me).
Deeply regret this purchase
