I keep reading these novels despite their laughable writing's about women, their sexual needs and shapely figures that seem right out of 70's 😊. This is made even odder as God seems to on board the ship too, a 70:s slightly randy space god though? All of this however adds to make the stories their own character and compared to the many many before, this is a back to basics storyline centering on the ship.

Another great adventure! I'm loving the series but one thing really bothers me in the most recent books: characters, including Maddocks seem to become as thick as bricks at times. Having such professionals behave dumber than a 5 year old is really frustrating. It's as if the author is gradually running out of steam as the series goes on and he can't be bothered to design clever situations and instead leaves us with situation where the character is still asking stupid what? how? where? questions, all while the reader/listener has already fully deduced the situation and is banging on the table waiting for the story to catch up and move along. Such a change from the earlier books when characters were smarter, situations better thought out and gotchas to keep the audience on their toes.
Now on to the next book in the series!
