Summary
Dixie is the youngest Diamond girl. She and her sisters – dreamy Martine, glamorous Rochelle and tough Jude – could hardly be more different, but their mum has always tried to teach them the value of sticking together.
Now Mum's expecting yet another baby, and she's convinced this one's a boy. She insists they move to a bigger place – but it's rough, dilapidated and filthy, and before they've even unpacked, Mum's gone into labour! Can the Diamond girls pull together in time for her to come home? And will anyone spot Mum's little secret but Dixie?

Wow
The best book ever!!!
I liked it when Bruce punched the mean boys and didn't like it when Jude and rechell left and only marteen was left to do all the heavy lifting because Bruce had a bad back and mum had just had a baby as it would be hard work. Annabelle walker

This book is ok. It covers young pregnancy and a single mother looking after 5 girls who are moving.

This is an awsome,moving story full of realistic adventure and fun. All of the characters are nice but Dixie is definitely my favourite.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Great story and well narrated 💕
Great book\story also very well narrated by Finty Williams! I love Jacqueline Wilson's
Books and this another amazing one definitely one of my fav books 💖 I am 10 myself but more mature than most other 10 year olds and more mature than my friends so it's nice that it's not only about Dixie it's also about the others. My favourite but is when Dixie finds out about Mary's mom very interesting. Great book 100% my fav book! I also recommend katy, the hetty feather collection, Lola rose, my sister Jodie, little darlings and more
