this is a really relatable book.This book is a 11+ book if you like this book there are follow up books called girls under cover, girls in tears and others. A bit inappropriate but still amazing the voice is really soothing. best book i have red!

I read these books as a teen and thought I’d download the audio book for the nostalgia. My only negative is the narrator is a very Julie Andrewsesk older lady and didn’t think she fitted Ellie’s 13 year old profile.

I would recommend for readers about 13+ years because it talks about s3x a bit but the story was great! I loved the plot twist with the imaginary Dan at the end. Probably one of my favourite Jacqueline stories now.
