Summary

This box set contains Devil's Pawn & Devil's Redemption and tells the complete story of Jericho St. James and Isabelle Bishop in one convenient bundle!

Isabelle

Jericho St. James hates my family.

Powerful, wealthy beyond belief, he’s the most dangerous man I know.

And I belong to him.

He’s taken me from my home.

He’ll make me his wife.

And he’s made it very clear I’ll be sleeping in his bed.

But my beast has a secret.

His one weakness. One that makes hating him impossible.

He has a daughter.

And he’ll do anything to keep her safe.

Jericho

The Bishops stole what money cannot replace.

A life for a life. Now I’ll take one of theirs.

Isabelle is my pawn.

I will make her my wife.

I will bed her.

She will be mine in every way.

And once I take what I need from her, I will erase the Bishop family as if they never existed at all.

Dark & devilishly delicious

loving that both books are here in the complete duet. This is an adult book, Jericho's character is dark and as so the book contains some dubious/blurred lines of consent, however no matter how dark he is, he clearly realises early on he has feelings for Isabelle and cannot carry out his original plans for her. Isabelle is young, kind hearted and remains nieve to the evil some are willing to do to get what they want, despite having suffered greatly herself. I really enjoyed the book, it had me holding my breath a few times thinking 'No, is he really going to do that'. The performance was excellent from both of these talented narrator's. I am not familiar with the world in which the book is set, while it isn't necessary in order to enjoy the book, I believe I should have started with 'The Society Trilogy ' first which is Santiago and Ivy's story. I'm going straight into that book and then going to follow the books through in order as I like to follow a series through, knowing characters back stories. if dark dominant men who love hard and protect even harder are your thing, then this book is for you.

Wow fantastic

Love all of Nastasa Knight's books this one was fantastic Jericho was so ruthless and cruel determined to get his revenge on Isabelles family she was just a pawn so sweet and innocent this book was full of intrigue keep me throughly enthralled through out the night couldn't wait to pick up where I left off. Narrators did a great job would love to listen to these two together again Trevor Murphy brilliant as the Alpha male with a soft spot just love his gravely voice Stepanie Kay always does a brilliant job. Would highly recommend this book.

This was terrible. . . pain and non con wth?

All I can say is I love some dark romance but this was terrible and all it did was make me angrier as I listened. Nothing about this was ok......Nothing about this was a story worth telling. Abusing a girl that had been abused her whole life for what? I've listened to similar storylines before but there was nothing to look forward to here. No ending that would make any of this ok. I found I had to skip several parts and just plain stopped at chapter 37 as I just couldn't continue. I do not recommend.

Story was ok

There is just no way anyone could be that dense. No matter the abuses and drama no one would subject themselves to that kind of respect and be emotionally stable. Too much violence for me to like this story.

Diabolical, Sinister, Sociopathic, Extremely Naive

This was a good book; it was so unsavory that it kept me listening to see what Jericho would do next, to see what happens next. Isabella was stuck on stupid. I wanted to shake some sense into her! Many twists and turns and unpredictable. The narrators did a great job. Good to get both stories in one book.

Disturbing

A well written story that held my interest simply because I felt as if I were learning the psychology behind Stockholm’s Syndrome.
If I had to describe their relationship in a word… Toxic.

Narrators good but not the plot. Female character weak and stupid. I love this writer but this has been a big dissapointment

Annoying and Naïve

Book one is good and good story. There are some crazy things. But book 2 ugh….too much inner monologue and naïveté. In both but book 2 was worse. And too much hiding info which creates a lot of frustrating parts. 😠

No!!!

While I loved the readers, I couldn't stand this story!!! The female lead said his whole name way too many times!!! It seemed like the authors were trying to fill a word count. We know his last name!! We didn't need to hear it almost every time she thought about him!!! The female lead was too ignorant for a 19 year old that was raised like a regular person until she was 16. She was a pain in the as* this whole story! Her "growth" was severely lacking. Now the male lead was alright. He was just a bit pervy for wanting a 19 yr old at his age. The readers were great! Please do not let this sway you from the other IVI books. This one was the ABSOLUTE worst in the series!

Dark, Rich and will keep you on the edge of your seat!

Holy cow! This book is dark and I couldn’t get enough. Even when I was repulsed I couldn’t put it down. I was physically ill, it made my stomach actually hurt at one point, but I still couldn’t put it down. I finished it in one 24 hours period. It’s beautiful, sick, traffic, but hopeful. It’s a perfect book about imperfect people and what madness, love, revenge and reconciliation looks like in dark romance. Natasha Knight is a wonderful story teller. Bravo.

Amazing Story!!!

I loved this story! I liked the love story of Jericho and Isabelle enemies turned lovers. I couldn’t stop listening and this book had me on edge trying to figure out all the secrets.

I’ve listened to so many Natasha Knight books and these did not disappoint. The narrators also were really good since I’ve heard some bad ones before. They helped bring the story to life.

I would definitely recommend 😃
