Running Out Of Steam
Had the feeling that book 5 was running out of steam in respect of the storyline. A little too much padding and repetition of information from previous books. But still an enjoyable read for fans of Gigi Pandian and beautifully narrated as always by Julia Motyka

Fantastic
I hope that there will be ma y more in this series. The stories are benign, but very engaging. It's a long time since I enjoyed a series like I have this one. Brilliantly narrated.

Compelling intriguing engaging mystery
Absolutely brilliant really enjoyed this book now need to wait for book 6 to be available in audio, this book had a few twists in it I do love Dorian and Brixton, the escapades they get up too leaves me giggling, narration is really good

Hope the next adventure will be a bit less rushed at the end.
Love this series but am honestly not sure the extra characters really work, seems like dorien is being treated like a teenager which to me doesn’t really work. The end seemed rushed compared to the build up. Maybe deadlines or editing got in the way.
Still love it though and hope it continues, still definitely worth your time, performance was sublime as always.

I’m really enjoying this series of books. This one was a bit too recappy (probably not a real word but you know what I mean). But still really fun.

Fire and fortune
LOVED IT! The fullest and most convoluted story yet! A full "cast" of characters to which the narrator did the Most marvellous of jobs making each and everyone distinctive. Just another wonderful book! Bravo!

I was looking for fantasy with out swords
