Summary
Garrett
Being the CEO of Infinity Gaming means that I’ve got a lot on my plate - and I’m so close to success on this shifter dating app I can taste it. I’m hoping that my new developer can work miracles with this code...but I’m not prepared for the temptation he works on my heart.
Carter
I can’t believe I’m really here. Following Garrett’s career as a teenager is what inspired me to become a developer, and now I’ve literally got my dream job. So you’d think life would be perfect, right? But between my old boss being just a bit creepy about trying to get me to come back to work for him and my new boss being just a bit too attractive for his own good, I think it’s safe to say I’m stuck between a rock and a very hard place.
Taking a Chance is a stand-alone mpreg shifter audio book featuring corporate espionage, an accidental pregnancy, and, of course, a HEA sure to make your heart swoon. This audiobook and every other audiobook in the Hunter's Haven series can be listened to in any order.

as good as the ebook
The story is always 4 or 5 stars, because if I wouldn't like the story as ebook, I wouldn't listen to the audiobook.
The performance from the narrator is also very important for me. I can't listen to a lot, because my English as a non-native-speaker isn't so perfect to follow a whole story over hours, when the narrator speaks too fast or too sloppy. Normally I have to SEE the person, who is talking to me in English. It took me a little bit, to come into the narrator, but at the end, it worked. I only have to take a few breaks between. I'm just not yet finish with the book, but I listen enough to give a review.
PLEASE READ MY RATING SYSTEM!!!
To my ratings:
5* - very very good
it's like an A+
4* - very good and will be often re-listening
it's like an A
3* - it's more then a one-time-listening.
it's like a B

A different type of Shifter Story!
I was a little hesitant at first with this story. I was definitely pleasantly surprised with the emotions this story made me feel. I laughed, and cried. The author and narrator sucked me into the story. I definitely enjoyed and would recommend this book. The narrator's has a wonderful voice and a way of telling the characters apart with the different voices for each. I can't wait for more stories from this author and narrator.

The app world of love 😉
Two beautiful nerds come together to create a top of the art app. One alpha and one omega, the big boss and his new prodigy and maybe his mate??!I love May December romances and mpreg and this story has it all. Good narration and adorable characters.

Brilliant
I really enjoyed listening to this book following Carter and Garrett as like each other straight away but don’t want to do anything as they work together but after working they have a break and then they kiss but take it no further until a week later when Carter goes into heat. They have other problems with work when they realise that they are being spied on.
Brilliant Narrator brings the story to life

Fated Mates!
This one is a great short read but the storyline is well done. It’s got some corporate espionage, some shady ex and his minion, a great group of pack mates, and two MCs who are fated to each other.
There great steamy scenes here with an omega in heat and an alpha in a rut, so you can imagine how hot that would be. Lol.
I like the fact that even though these two are fated mates, it wasn’t insta lust. The book mentioned a few times that even fated mates fall out of love and not be with each other. So in a way, it felt like love even if fated still takes all the work and devotion. It’s a refreshing side of alpha and omega fated mates.
J Bordeaux did a great job with his narration, can’t wait to listen for more!

Fated Mates
A beautiful shifter romance. Garrett deserved true love after his heartbreak. Carter is the perfect mate for him. Even after the misunderstanding I love how they both worked it out. I only wish it was longer I am not ready to say goodbye to them. First J Bordeaux listen and I enjoyed it. He brought the characters to life and performed well. I was given this audiobook by the Narrator in exchange for my honest review.

Loved every aspect of this audible book!
I loved every aspect of this audible book, story, character development, and narrator. Never read a Liam Kingsley book that i didn't like. This story revolves around a gaming software development company embarking on a new dating app. Love takes a hit from an ex but bounces back. I'm looking forward to the next audible book.

Delightful!
Garrett is the CEO of a gaming development company. When he hires Carter Banks, to help him develop a dating app, he gets more than he bargained for. Garrett has been betrayed by someone he trusted. He tries to keep Carter at arms length, but is unable to do so. Carter has a major case of hero worship, where Garrett is concerned. He tries to keep a professional distance, but he can’t. A wonderful relationship begins to develop. Unfortunately fate intervened. Vaughn, the man who broke Garrett’s heart, tries to break them apart. Liam does a great job resolving the conflict and giving us a great HEA. Looking forward to the next installment. J. Bordeaux did a great job as the narrator. I enjoyed listening to him.

Fated mates
A wonderful story of fated mates. Alpha and omega, Garrett and Carter, coming together despite Garrett's trust Issues and a little corporate espionage. A total misunderstanding. They had each other in the end and a beautiful baby girl.
I love the narrator J. Bordeaux. He did an excellent job. I look forward to listening to him again.

Fanboy to fated mate
From fanboy to star employee of his idol, to fated mate! Whew! It was like a fairytale come true. I felt bad for Garrett with his trust issues due to his ex. Von and his ally really did a number on Garrett AGAIN!! Glad both main characters took a leap of faith and held on tight to love. Great twists. I enjoyed the narrator's voice and expressions.

Nice love story!
Story is a little different with people not discriminating omega and fated mates being only known later. It’s interesting to have more of the focus on app development and gaming and corporate Shenanigans. Narrator did a great job with various voices and it was easy to know who’s talking. Overall, not angst filled and that was a relief for me. I didn’t want misunderstandings go on and on and here the author did a good job avoiding that pitfall.

Trust & Believe.
Liam Kingsley did an awesome job with his writing and creating these characters. I really enjoyed their story. Well developed storyline. Not to give away any of the story, all I will say is Trust & Believe. I also want to thank J. Bordeaux for his wonderful narration and bringing each characters to life. I look forward to book2 and the complete series to become available on adubile. This is a gratifying start for this series, and I definitely recommend it.

brilliant
totally loved this book when i read it but once i started to listen to it, it was brilliantly brought to life. the narrator totally had the emotions and feelings of Garrett and Carter down to a tee and you could lose yourself in the story. cant wait to hear the next book in the series
