EYE-OPENING!! Very helpful!!!
This audiobook is what I have been looking for! It explains clearly the importance of building a strong Self-Discipline in order to make changes that can have a positive impact in your life! The part that focuses on the brain and neuroscience sheds some light on how the Brain "triggers" Anxiety and how to overcome it and stop Panic attacks with the help of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and the power of "Positive Thinking". Moreover, the chapters that concentrate on Emotions and Social Skills have been a real EYE-OPENER!!!!! I have always struggled in my life to deal with emotions and had difficulties relating to others but I am sure that all the methods, remedies and advices unraveled by the narrator will help me! This audiobook is great and it's definitely worth a listen!!!

Definitely worth a listen!
I really enjoyed listening this audio book, it has a lot of valuable information and useful advices. Several benefits derive from the implementation of Self-Discipline in your daily routine.
