Simply an overview of what you should do
You finish the book waiting for it to start. If you are a novice to leadership and are after a short summary of the key points about good leadership then this is for you. If you are after something that gives you tools to enact those key areas of effective leadership then look elsewhere. Not recommended.

Exactly what I needed
The book introduces you to these skills, explains why they are useful and provides instruction on how to develop them. This book is a must for the average technician or professional that wants to progress up the ladder of success or learn how to connect with people better. Good skeleton of a book, but lacking meat
If this audiobook were a skeleton of a longer book it would be awesome. As it stands I feel like it establishes a lot of great concepts without the meat to provide tangible action plans. If you want a good overview of what leadership is this will work, but if you’re looking for a guide to help you develop specific skills within leadership I found it lacking and probably not what you’re looking for.
