Charles Wallace is a neuroscience expert born in Brighton, UK, in 1973. Since childhood, he has been fascinated by the functioning of the human mind and has shown an innate talent for science. Thanks to his outstanding dedication to study, he was able to win several scholarships that allowed him to continue his career brilliantly. At the end of his school career, he opened his own psychology practice, which he still carries on with excellent results from his patients. Throughout his long career, Charles has helped thousands of people regain a healthy balance between mind and spirit. Through his programs, many have changed their lifestyle and rediscovered a more authentic contact with themselves. He currently lives with his wife Johanna and three children in a beautiful mansion in East Sussex. In his spare time, he loves to practice Yoga and meditation. His mission as an author is to help as many people as possible manage their emotions, cure anxiety, improve communication, and more generally, take charge of their lives with awareness.
