Very helpful guide

Just what I needed to help get back on track with my excessive routine while protecting my lower back. I didn't have a budget for any specialised equipment so I loved the fact that these could all be easily performed in the comfort of my own home. I've definitely already seen some improvement.

Easy and simple exercises!

A great audiobook for Sciatica suffers. The author takes you through the background of the condition and identifies clear techniques to help relieve any pain and distress. The exercises are short and effective and the little nuggets of tips have helped me to advise a family member suffering from back pain. Anyone can try these out!
