A decent guide on social anxiety
So this book should be great, it has a lot of information. The chapters are well organized and laid out.
This book feels like ALL the usual information on social anxiety in one package. And if that sounds good to you then great but it fails to feel like a book and is more like several extended blog posts in one. That's not a bad thing but it feels formulaic and almost too broad so it acts more like a reference book. But at the same time, that allows you to pick and choose which of their many exercises to choose from.
I like how they have encouraged professional help and used examples with their exercises and the voicing was good. I feel odd with audiobooks with only 5 star reviews and yet the kindle is undiscovered. In the end I set my expectations high and it didn't reach it.

Recommended for social anxiety
The book gives a very full description of the disorder. It also gives a wide choice of tools to help deal with what can be a horrendous condition. The listener can gain immediate relief using these tools.
