Emotion management for kids
Adults often time forget what's it like to be children with limited life experiences. I think this book is a good guide for parents to reconnect with their kids on an emotional level, understand their kids, and help them manage emotions. The book not only provides information on signs of ADHD, ASD, anxiety, and other stress-related behavior in kids, it also provides activities kids could do to help improve their self-esteem and confidence. With the ever-growing access to social media, children might be exposed to content that is not appropriate for their age or couldn't help but compare themselves to the "ideal life" everyone has online. Thus, the information in this book is more timely than ever to help kids manage negative emotions.

A Genuinely Helpful Resource
Our family has learned first hand that social anxiety is a condition which causes the sufferer and their families much anguish. Obviously it is miserable for the sufferer but onlookers too can feel utterly helpless and inadequate trying to help their loved ones cope.
This book is so useful for helping families understand and support their kids, giving them the tools and strategies they need to help combat the insecurities and apprehensions suffered by children who find the world an overwhelming place.
Reshad Nazari and Lema Hedayat, experts in their field, have produced an well-researched resource that is sympathetically narrated by Yasmine Johnson. The advice and guidance supplied is spot-on and has given my family members so much help in turning a distressing situation around and we can only thank the authors for their help, expertise and insight.

Information for all parents
Social anxiety is becoming more common among kids of all ages, but events like the pandemic have affected younger children more. This audiobook helped my family identify these behaviors and has dedicated chapters to help talk to children about the issues before it becomes an issue. Habits that can affect anxiety are covered in depth. For example, I learned that abnormal sleeping and eating patterns could contribute to anxious behavior. Case studies and numerous examples are featured in the audiobook. If you are looking for a book on detecting and fixing anxiety before it boils over, this audiobook is for you.

Very powerful!
Such a great resource for managing child anxiety and emotions! Kids are delicate in every way but most certainly mentally as they can't express themselves the right way yet so developing mental health is key to growth but unfortunately does not often get addressed. This book is a great resource that tackles those issues in great detail! The narration was done well at a good pace, making the content simple to understand for a good listening experience. Highly recommended to parents or anyone wanting insight for child development.

Every parent must have this book!
This book really helped me understand me as a kid so now I am more confident I can help my kids before they become anti-social. At times my kids start to yell and throw fits and I learned to correct their behavior and not their emotions that is something I'll start practicing. And as many kids getting bullied I feel this book can help us learn to communicate with them to understand their emotions. I thinks this book is really needed to all the parents out there. We can definitely learn alot from it.

Great Guide!!
What a great resource from the author! I truly like this audiobook since it greatly me in my understanding of and ability to raise my child. It's difficult for me to care for my child on my own as a single mother, but this book helps me through it by guiding me through teaching him to regulate his emotions and by helping me to understand his feelings. I heartily recommend this audiobook to any parents who desire to comprehend their kids. Thanks to the narrator for narrating this book in a soothing voice that makes it simpler to understand, as well as to the author for such a wonderful guide.

Essential content, and very informative.
This book presents step-by-step analysis of the behavior of the child and ways to deal with a variety of anxieties.
It can be quite practical if you use the information given. How dysfunctional a kid can become when parents don't pay attention to their emotions. Thanks to the Author for a great resource for parents!

Very Enlightening
This is a great book for parents who want to see their children grow into the very best versions of theirselves. Anxiety is something we all deal with. But when you are a small child the world can seem like a very big and scary place, causing this anxiety to be engulfing. I loved that the author emphasized the importance of the parent’s role in a child’s life. This book focuses on social anxiety, but also touches topics like depression and stress, that may have a correlation with anxiety. I noticed that there are many stigmas against anxiety disorders, so, I enjoyed the sensitivity in which the author handled this topic. Definitely a book I will be recommending to parents I know in my own life!

Great book for all parents!
This book is an amazing book. It helps us to recognize the signs that our children may go through something. It gives tips on how to encourage our kids and understand them a little more. One thought it suggested was letting your child dress in what they want is ok. You want them to feel comfortable. Only look for signs that might be red flags that could mean something. Also, I love the tips on eating issues with your kids. Highly recommend this book to all parents.
