Insperational

Listening to this audio it certainly lifted my spirits after a morning when nothing went right, Bought for my partner but had to pop it and have a quick listen, and I am so glad I did. I can say well worth listening to if you don't happen to be female. Some of the chapters are just so inspiring. The self-esteem chapter was the one I got the most from, something you just think about. Probably never would of if I hadn't decided to listen to this while my partner was still at work. She is going to love it, and that's less less stress for me

I would say this works better as an audible, your not just going to skip through the book.

A most wonderful guide for all women!

As a woman who has struggled with my self-esteem for years, I loved this book! It is the most wonderful guide for all women. I found the book easy to listen to and felt almost like I was having a chat with a trusted friend. The book is filled with practical, details steps too. The writer shows an amazing ability to describe the concepts presented by breaking them up into details steps making them very easy to understand and apply.

If you are a woman looking for a good book on self-esteem that is going to help you along your journey toward gaining increased self-worth and self-esteem, then this is the book for you!

An exceptional audiobook!

This book brought me back to myself. It explored concepts that, though important, are often glossed over and given a back seat, yielding to the issues that bombard us in life. I have never considered what self-respect, self-worth, or self-respect really meant and the differences between them.

I particularly love the section about retraining the brain which is expounded in Chapter 4. I can change my brain and take charge of my self-esteem; imagine that! This miracle of nature still holds mysteries for those who seek to study it. This an astoundingly inspiring book from which I learned so much.

Thankful

I am very thankful to have found this book because I have been struggling with low self-esteem for years after losing my daughter and struggling with several health issues. This book helped me gain respect for myself and grant myself more grace in dealing with life. Would recommend to any woman struggling mentally.

peaceful

I bought this book for my girlfriend because I thought it might help with her confidence issues but it has exceeded my expectations. The whole book is delivered in a really calming way and you can tell a lot of thought and care went into making it. Sometimes we just put it on in the background while going about our daily activities and it really seems to lighten the mood. Great book.

Amazing Book

Listening to this book really made me think of my friends because a lot of their self-esteems are really low. I definitely going recommend this book to them and just tell them to listen to it. This book really give good ideas and points on how to deal with different types of self-esteem. I think even women who is going through self-esteem issues should buy this book.
