Excellent Book

I’ve recently started listening to audiobooks on my way to work because I wanted to use the travel time productively. Little did I know that this book would be so transformational for me! The book is simple to follow and has a good mixture of combining psychology and personal experience. I had so many personal triggers which I was not aware about before I listened to this book. The 13 steps guide was not only helpful, but it was also a real comfort. I highly recommend.

An excellent book

This book is quite enlightening. It opened my eyes to the fact that there are different levels of self-esteem and caused me to self-reflect based on the questions that were asked. I find that there are certain things I am confident of, but other things I am not or kind of iffy. Because I have a good level of self-esteem about certain things, I didn't realize the type of impact a low level of self-esteem in other areas could alter my life and my decisions. If you are looking for a book that can offer enlightenment and ways to improve, this is definitely the right book.

Your Self-Worth is limitless

This book hits the nail on the head, even if it takes a more convoluted path to get there than needed for this listener, I understand and acknowledge that a simpler approach may not work for everyone. The voice of the narrator was soothing even if there were a few mispronounced words ( Roanoske has a silent "e" ) These are valuable life lessons far beyond self-esteem which is a automatic by-product of self-knowledge

Tips for eudaimonia

That’s a new word I learned from this book. It means the good life. That is certainly what this book sets out to help you accomplish and tackles topics such as self-directed neuroplasticity, signature strengths, positive psychology, people-pleasing, and has a whole host of helpful information for people struggling with feeling good enough or who are always engaged in negative self talk. Highly recommended!

A most wonderful guide for all women!

As a woman who has struggled with my self-esteem for years, I loved this book! It is the most wonderful guide for all women. I found the book easy to listen to and felt almost like I was having a chat with a trusted friend. The book is filled with practical, details steps too.
