Great examples and stories

great examples and explanations to make us understand more about our behaviours in certain situations. I truly enjoyed it and have learned a lot about myself :)

and absolute must

the is book is so informative and the author very knowledgeable. It was very easy to read/listen to especially as author reads the book which is always the best way. I've found the information life changing and I really wish I'd had this book as a younger person especially having been in a very demanding profession. I cannot recommend this enough, thank you Nedra. additional nedra's Instagram is well with following, wealth of knowledge .

Clear good content

The content is excellent. Very clearly set out in an orderly fashion. However I wish the book had been read by another narrator as the voice and accent of the author is so grating that it spoils the enjoyment of the book. It would be great to have it narrated again by someone with a smooth calming voice

Great content

As someone who has never really set boundaries, I really liked this book and it has helped me already so I’m very thankful for it. The reading wasn’t as great in my opinion and could have benefited from a professional reading it who could have pitched and paced it a little better so it wasn't so monotone and pitchy in places. That aside a really valuable book.

Great tools to help set boundaries

This book explains really well what boundaries are, we get multiple examples of what breaking boundaries or setting boundaries are. The narrator was however not good with pronunciation, has an accent and says "aks" instead of "ask" and that kept bugging me, so I wish the book was read by a professional instead. The book itself however is really great and I can really recommend it! I love it. It's thorough throughout and you can tell that the author understands and has a vast knowledge about the subject.

Really brilliant and easy to follow

This is a very helpful guide to boundaries. I follow the writer on Instagram and she's the therapist I wish I had! Highly recommended book and will be very useful to me from now and going forward.

Excellent listen

Amazing book, discovered author on womens impact, got the audible and finished in 2 or 3 sessions of listening, it has great content and narrated by the author herself. It is easy to listen to as it is well read, clear very valid points and good advice. Can't wait to put into practice, and will listen again, and again.

Everyone should read this book

I have read several self-help books, none have been as clear, practical or inspiring as this one.

Anyone who is interested in leading a happy, healthy, self-determined life should read this book.

Helped me realised I needed to change

I had to get used to the narrator's accent. But it was easy enough to listen to. The book is clear and concise. Full of examples. There are questions to ask yourself at each end of chapter. It made me realised how much I needed to change the narrative in my life. And how I will benefit from it. I will listen to it again as I work through my own boundary goals.
