what a fascinating and comprehensive book!
I am a very sensitive person who worries that she is already hurting other people's feelings. So glad that this book helped me realize that what I think and feel is valid and also important.
I've had a lot of days where I feel like I'm draining myself with my own thoughts because I am putting myself behind. Thanks for this book, I realize a lot!

Very educational!
The book does is an eye opener, I would be really nice if all people could read this book because it really explains someone's views and even if there are people who cannot directly relate to it because they have never experience it, the book can educate them on how other may have felt. Also, it is not just a book, it is a guide to control and understand a person's complex feelings, therefore I would highly recommend this book.

This book is really informative and enlightening!
If you believe that you are unable to say "no" when the situation is in your best interests, you must listen to this one. The most important lesson I took away from this audiobook was that it's okay to say no. I understand what the author is saying when she says that sometimes we have a tendency to please others because we believe that if we don't, they won't keep us. My closest friend and I will both break down in tears once I offer this book to her. Well Done!

Great Book!
A very self-empowering and helpful book! I've always felt it was beneath me to refuse requests from others. I had no idea that this would lead to significant stress and exhaustion for me. Thus, my mental health is impacted. I'm happy I came across this book. It showed me how to look out for myself by prioritizing my needs over other people. I adore it!
