This book is women's best friend
As women, we are bombarded by mixed messages every day. We have to be this and that. We can't be this and that. We can't be too much of this. We can't be too much of that. Not only it's discombobulating but the worse part is that these messages are often attacking our self-esteem and making us doubt ourselves. This book contains 52 weekly advice and affirmations for us to rewire our mental game and develop a more positive self-talk.

Powerfully Positive!
In the world we live in, there are constant pressures comparisons! Working on our mindset as women is vitally important. What I loved about this book -
