So needed for teens today

In today's world of social media madness and stress from everyday living, it's not wonder teens are in need of a book like this. I don't recall this being such an issue growing up myself, but I'm glad that this book is available to help teens as they are faced with today's challenges. I particularly appreciate the sections on self-awareness. Great book, highly recommend!

Easy to Follow!

The book provides insight into self-discovery of hidden abilities, self-confidence, and self self-improvement. The book is suitable for the young and old as it helps to discover who we are and to know and be free from stress with its daily anxiety to always bring the best out of one. The advice is practical, relatable, and helpful.

Great listen for teens

The author has done a great job in putting this audiobook together. Got it for my younger sister, it helps teenagers develop self confidence and self improvement. It teaches them how to surround themselves around positive energy and people and how to stop negative thoughts. Highly recommended listen for teens!
